Discovery Experiences
Join us for our Discovery Experiences or be a “Chore Buddy”. The theme of the experience changes every week. From art, to music, to movement, to animals, our experiences increase skills opportunities and joy. The ABA, art and occupational therapist on our board helps develop the experiences specifically for our kids.
We also partner with local organizations like Story County Conservation and Tuneful Journey to offer programs.

Farm Time
Embark on an exciting opportunity to enjoy basic husbandry, horticulture, and equine experiences at Iowa’s 1st care farm. We specialize in sensory hands-on learning to engage in inclusive activities. All participants take home a farm kit to continue the learning from farmyard to backyard.

Horsemanship Lessons
Horsemanship lessons provide participants with valuable skills in horse care, grooming, tacking, and riding techniques. Emphasize how these skills promote responsibility, confidence, and a deeper connection with animals.
Equine Game Lessons
Embark on an exciting opportunity to learn basic barrels, poles, ranch, trail, or wranglers. We specialize in beginner lessons from age 5 and up. Our instructor is an Iowa competitor, showed, is a certified equine judge.
*First time riders are required to take level 1 horsemanship class.
Discovery Art & Animals
Arts, crafts, and animals offered to experience joy and stillness on the farm.
